The fee has to be paid per each person, each author and each co-author, who attends online or in person the Conference.

Information for the bank transfer

The conference fee has to be paid by bank transfer: account payable to Fondazione Alma Mater, UniCredit Banca P.zza Aldrovandi, IBAN IT 41T0200802457000020123112, BIC/SWIFT UNCRITM1PM7. Please specify name and surname of the participant and the conference (e.g. 8FORUM_DesignProcess_2022 – Name Surname).

What information do you need to complete the Registration form?
section 1

Main Data

Personal data: name, Surname, Country, Affiliation, Email, Phone Number used during the conference;

Attendance mode: In this section you have to define if you will attend in presence or online;

Type of participant: In this section you will have to define if you will participate as Principal Author, Co-Author or Attendee without presenting a proposal. 

 

section 2

For Principal Athors and Co-Authors

Title of the Presentation: please, write the same title you used for the long abstract submission;

Track: please, write the number of the track for which you have proposed the abstract.

Note: This section should be completed only by those who will be participating as Principal Author or Co-Author. 

SECTION 3

Conference Fees

Type of registration: choose between Early-Bird Registration or Regular Registration;

Profile: select whether you will be attending as Regular in person or online and Student in person or online

Food intolerances: define if you have any food intolerances

SECTION 4

Data needed for the invoice

Person or Institution/University performing the bank transfer;

Address of the person or Institution/University;

Tax code (in case of person) VAT number (in case of Institution/University);

Unique code only for Italian companies.
